They say that in the old days, Cornish cooks made pasties from whatever they had to hand – and we always have chocolate in our kitchen! Made with a crimped crust, just as our grandmas taught us, these perfect little pasties are a proper Cornish delight.
To make sure our pasties pass the Cornish grandma test, we bought real ones from our local bakery. We used the proper pasties to create moulds, which we scaled down to make these ‘ansum little treats, perfect in every detail.
